"Hello my name is Hakeem Lavelle I am here on behalf of Expert Village to do a how to video on teaching a foreign language. Now we are in the portion were we talk about my aspirations. Have you ever been in a situation where you have seen somebody, go to someone else who has spoken a foreign language and for whatever reason maybe they didn't understand, maybe they were just intimidated about something different, they probably went over there and mocked them and said, "blah blah blah." Do you find this funny because I don't. I find it a sad reflection where we are at as a people. We are actually people who are now scared of things that are different from us and among them is language. Where it is really a beautiful thing. Actually it explains your mind, it expands you mind to be able to say something in more then one way. Hello. Marhaba. Hola. Konishiwah. You see that all I was doing is just greeting y'all. Saying hi I was being friendly. How many of us can do that? How many would want to do that? How many of us live among people that can do that on different levels? Could you imagine living in a world where your neighbors spoke English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese this person at maybe at the flip of a switch can adapt to any language. You could go to a Japanese store order sushi. You can go to a bodega and speak to a person. Well my life isn't that wonderful yet. I aspire for that. But, I would love to be in a world where everyone could speak more then one language. Everyone can speak four or five languages. Who are unique from each other; their symbols are different, their sounds are different, their shapes are different because you have a world of people who do more now. Thank you!"
