"Hello my name is Hakeem Lavelle I am here on behalf of Expert Village to do a how to video on teaching a foreign language. Now we are in the segment were it comes to teaching kids. Teaching children got to love the kids. Children are set to learn very fast. They say that there brains are like sponges they absorb anything it is like a empty computer. If you have a empty computer you have a whole bunch of giga bytes you just fill it up as much as you want. Unfortunately the hard part comes in getting them to pay attention. Yes. Getting children to pay attention is something that requires a lot of creativity and a lot of patience. Example you may have a child who learns very very well he is highly intelligent and his class comes to disturb him. The minute the his classmate comes to disturb him the intelligent the fast learning all of that is out the window and it could take a very very long time. Often you need to repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat and repeat. Music often helps. Sometimes if you keep things in musical. I would give you an example in Arabic you may teach a child.............................you see how I'm going in a rhythm. That usually keeps a child attention. Another thing is to keep there class mate involve and also sorting out the difference skill level. You may have one group of children who are experts they can do it. They are very good at it. Then you have other children that are slow learners. You have to keep those children who are slow learner you have to keep there confidence up. You can't let them know that the other kids are faster then them. You have to keep everybody cohesive and that it self is a challenge. Especially if it comes to children because they are so easily distracted. Thank you."
