How to Teach your Preschooler Time Management

"Hi this is Ann and we’re here to talk today about time management, an important skill that must be shown in the home to have a successful learner at school. Time management means for example organizing your family so that your student, your child gets to school on time. What it means is getting up early enough to have breakfast, a very important thing to do in the morning, so many students come to school without eating breakfast and they’re hungry. They’re not able to focus in on their learning when they’re hungry, so please, very important – wake up early enough so that you’re able to organize yourself to have breakfast, to pack a snack for your child, to make sure that your child has brushed his or her teeth, combed their hair, that they are presentable going to school and that you have time to walk in with your child to the classroom and have perhaps an informal moment with the teacher to find out if everything is going well, if there are any particular skills that you need to focus in on, that’s a chance to chat away in an informal setting. So make sure that you organize yourself in a morning rush to get to school and have a moment to share with that teacher. "
