"Hi! This is John on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this video clip, I will take you through step two in our procedure for replacing a rear speaker. In this step what we need to do, is turn the speaker over and we can see that there is a wiring harness connected to it. These wiring harnesses do have little clips that hold them in place, so sometimes it gets a little bit tricky to pull them out. The first thing I recommend doing is just wiggling it a little bit to see if it pulls out, but make sure you don’t pull too hard because it might break and that is not what you want. If it doesn’t work to wiggle it to get it out, I would go ahead and take a flat head screwdriver and insert it into the wiring harness until it breaks free there. After that we can go ahead and remove that metal cage; the back of the speaker is a big magnet so it may be a little bit difficult to get that cage off."
