"Hi! Thank you for visiting Expertvillage.com. My name is Yvette Parrish. This is called the horse move, at least that is what… I mean in South Texas and this is what we call the move. With my right foot in front of me. My left foot behind me in the same T position. You do your left flaps, front toe and what we do is it looks like a galloping horse. Okay, all we are doing is, we are just in the same T position that we have been in the back foot does a flat. So just work on that back foot, flat, your front foot is pointing towards the audience, is pointing out, not doing anything with that yet. Just move your back foot, nothing fancy, back foot flat. You are in the use of doing that, bend your toe all of a sudden. Now my knee is bent right here when I do the toe. That is going to help use your lower back, you don’t hurt yourself. Back toe, back toe, back toe, soft heel down, back toe. Okay, that was very easy, it is just back and toe. Okay, you can add to that combination back toe, that we just do it. Drop it for the heel sound. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. Turn it this way. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. So here, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. You can see that in all angles, back foot. Always start with your back foot, which is your left, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three and now face forward. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. One, two, three, one, two, three, one, two, three, one. Slide it back there, point, slide it back there. Point it forward and slide it back there."
