"Welcome to Expert Village, I'm Steve Blank, the drummer in The Cruisers. I'm here to talk to you about some advanced drum exercises. We'll warm up the feet with triplets. We're gonna do triplet-crossovers...123...123...123...123 adding the feet together with the hands and now moving around for some more flexibility. Drums close together aren't necessarily easier. Now nice and slow to get the good idea what the crossover really looks like. Really gonna try to push it this time. With feet doing a paradiddle... Now we're gonna cross the feet. The most difficult exercise I'm aware of. Yep."
