"Welcome to Expert Village I'm Steve Blank drummer in the Cruisers here to talk to you about some advanced drum exercises. This is the small v combination we're starting with our right hand as we move to the right and we start with our left hand when we move to the left move it on the drums and on the cymbals just alter the sticking here's on the edges of my electronic cymbals. Now we are going to do the same thing and use our feet the advance version of this exercise. Now we are going to cross our feet. So the right is hitting with the left foot and the left hand is hitting with the right foot. So we are combining balance and flexibility"
