"I'm Steve Blank drummer in the Cruisers here to talk to you about some advanced drum exercises just listen to the sound of double strokes we are going to start by trying to do it crossed right hand hitting with the left foot the left hand hitting with the right foot. Slow fast slow goes through all the tempos now we are going to work with something steady on the feet and try to go twice as fast bouncing the sticks with the hands here's the unique difference between doing doubles with the hands and the feet you really can't bounce the feet like we can the hands so in general with doubles you can go a lot faster with your hands trying to mix it up a little keeping it loose and smooth maybe even musical"
