"Today we are going to make a wonderful holiday recipe called the eggnog cream cheese pie. Here are the ingredients 3 cups of instant vanilla pudding, 2 cups of whip cream, 24 ginger snaps, 1 package of cream cheese which has been soften, 1 stick of butter which has been melted, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, and 1/3 cups of sugar. To begin we place or ginger snaps in a small plastic bag and then we take a rolling pin and just crush them. This is how we are going to make our ginger snap crust. I already prepared my 24 already precrushed and I place them inside of a pie pan. Next we are going to take the butter that we have melted and pout it over the ginger snaps. We are going to work that in and that is how we make a ginger snap crust. Now when you place this crust in the refrigerator once your pie is prepare it would foam up. Next we are going to take a bowl and apply our cream cheese which is already been soften. To that we a would add our whip cream, we would also add our vanilla pudding, next we would add our nutmeg, and our sugar. This is a natural cane sugar which I am using. We are going to stir these all together. This is a wonderful receipt. Once all the ingredients has been stir together simply pour it into your ginger snap crust. There you have it our eggnog cream cheese pie. I'm Linda Leon with expertvillage.com feel free to contact me at salt1 and that is the number 1@earthlink.net again that is salt1@earthlink.net."
