"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. It's after Thanksgiving. You've had your fill of turkey but you still have all of this turkey that is leftover. What are you going to do with it? Well there a few different things that you can do with your turkey so that you are not eating the same old, same old all the time, with the heated up turkey and heated up stuffing and gravy. Now one of the best things that you can do is you want to cut off all of the turkey from the bone and then you have all of this turkey meat that is leftover. There are several things that you can do with this once you've got the turkey off of the bone. One of my favorite things to do with leftover turkey is to make a turkey pot pie. Now that is going to be fairly easy. You are just going to take some gravy, mix it in with the turkey so that you have a sauce, throw in some vegetables, stick it in a pie plate and cover it with a pie crust. And that is a really easy way to use up some of your leftover turkey. Now you still have meat left on the bone, one of the best ways to get it off, is to just make soup out of the turkey carcass. Soup is going to be really easy, also. You just stick the carcass in a pot big enough to hold it. Cover it with water and then add your seasonings and vegetables to whatever you want and you are going to end up with some delicious turkey soup to use up all of your leftovers."
