"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Now that you have your turkey parts and your platter all picked out you need to put the turkey onto the platter. Obviously the carcass is going to stay behind on the cutting board. But, you are still going to have various parts of the turkey. Now, depending on how large your party is you might not want to put all of it out at once. If you do you want to make sure that everything is out where people can easily grab at it so that you don't have them fighting for one piece that is underneath everything else. So as you can see I have got the wing parts together, I've got the drumsticks, here is one thigh and here's another. Pieces that are similar I am stacking because what's underneath is the same as what is on top. There is one wing tip, here is another one over here. And of course you want to have room for the breast meat. And we have our breast meat that is sliced in two different ways and I am just going to put this right in the middle so people can easily grab white meat or dark meat depending on their preference."
