"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Now remember back when I showed you how to cut off the breast meat I told you that there were a couple of different ways that you could do it. Well, this is using the first technique where you slice the majority of the breast meat off in one slice. Now I am cutting it again into smaller pieces. This ensures that anyone who likes a piece of skin along with their white meat is going to get some. It is also more interesting to have a couple of different ways that you have your turkey sliced rather than just one. Now, if you were to make a turkey breast on its own, then this would be the way that you slice it. Remember that is an alternative. If you are going to have a small Thanksgiving dinner for just a couple of people you might want to consider having just turkey breast instead of making the entire turkey. Now once this is all sliced then you can fan it out, once it is all completely sliced through, you can fan it out. If you are going to have any garnishes on your plate, say some parsley, something green, then you can really make some interesting designs and have your platter that much more interesting for your Thanksgiving Day dinner."
