"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Now that we have cut all of the parts off of the turkey we need to go back to some of the pieces that we cut off in order to make them a little smaller. No one is going to want to have an entire thigh and drumstick at once. Well, at least they won't admit to it. So once again we are going to gently move them apart until we can tell where it is going to join up. You just want to cut where the bone joins and see how easy that is. Just about one slice all the way through. Now let me do that again with this one on the opposing angle. You want to gently start slicing and you can pull them apart a little bit so you can really feel where the bones are joining. Of course now that the first one was really easy this one is going to be more difficult. There we go, just slice it right through like that, and now you have two drumsticks and two thighs. So, anyone who wants their dark meat can get their fill easily."
