"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. One of the last parts of taking the turkey off of the bone to the carcass is to cut off the breast. Now there are a couple of different ways that you can do this. The first one is to remove the majority of the breast all in one slice. This way you can then slice the breast up into smaller slices, crosswise, depending on how people want to eat their turkey. The other way in which you can slice the breast is to do smaller slices. Now this works well if you have some people who really like a lot of skin because then you are going to get the nice slices like that. Now this is a more traditional way of cutting a turkey breast, and you can cut the slices as thick or as thin as you want. The important thing to remember as you are slicing it is to try and keep some semblance of order so that when you put it on the platter you can put the slices back together and it looks more like a whole turkey part instead of just random slices. A lot of people are very passionate about their white meat and how it is sliced, making sure it stays nice and moist so they can then smother it with gravy."
