"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Now on to our turkey carving. The first part that we are going to cut is the leg. Remove it from the body of the turkey. Now a lot of people start at the breast but it is really better to start cutting off the other parts of the turkey first. What you are going to do is just go along the body of the turkey until you find the joint. Now it is always the joint where you want to cut because you do not want to cut through bone. That is going to be much too difficult. You just want to cut through that joint until you can separate the leg from the body of the turkey. You see, it is slowly coming away, and here we go. Now this is the leg, the drumstick and the thigh and we are separating from the body of the turkey."
