"Hi, I'm Jennifer Cail and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to easily carve your Thanksgiving Day turkey. Now, as you are cutting your turkey you don't want it to cool down because you still want to have a warm Thanksgiving meal. So, how are you going to do that? Well first of all as you cut your pieces off of the turkey you want to put it on to a platter. Now you can warm this platter in the over before hand so that it is going to be warm enough to help prevent some of the heat lost from the turkey. The other thing that you can do is take some aluminum foil and what you are going to do is create a tent over the platter. What this tent will do is keep all of the heat in so that as you are putting more slices of turkey on the platter you are not going to be losing all of that heat. And, the more turkey you have on it the more heat you will have and the foil tent will help keep it all nice and warm. But the last thing you want is for your turkey to be too cool when you go to serve it. And another thing you can do is while you are waiting to be served, after you have cut the turkey, is you can stick it back in the oven at about 200 degrees in an oven proof platter just to keep it warm until it is ready to be sent to the table."
