"Hi, I'm Cat Tiffin with Expert Village and today I'm going to walk you thru how to make a New Years resolution and stick to it. Now trust me I understand that sometimes you're single for stretches of time, Lord knows I was, and you're feeling out of state, you may live by yourself not have roommates, you may not like your co-workers or trust that they're going to be there for you when you need them to and to have your best interest for you at mind and at heart, so feel free to get on line, the web is an amazing thing, I mean Expert Village, right here. Feel free to seek outside help, I'm sure there are tons of support groups for overeating, for stopping smoking for stop dealing with an alcohol issue or for trying to better your life, not going to mention any off the top of my head, although I know a few, just check on-line, just any web browser, you should be able to find exactly what you're looking for. This isn't a video to help answer all of your questions and to solve all of your problems, it's just hopefully and instructive guide to maybe to help you see the tools to help you get this done, to be able to enable you in some small way to go out there and fix the things you don't like about your life, to help re-invent yourself so to speak, Madonna does it herself once every two to three years, she's like a crislas she comes out of the cocoon and boom she's a new woman, so, well you don't necessarily need to be Madonna, you don't have to be you if you don't like who you are right now where you're going, feel free to check get on line, if you don't have a computer handy, the local library, there has to be one in your area, feel free to call information find a local library, usually they'll let you book an hour at a time depending on what you need and if you're there pretty often because you don't have another computer outlet whether at work or at home, sometimes they'll up your minutes, it's like your phone company the more you use the more you get, feel free to that as well and talk to people at work maybe, people who you know they quit smoking, "hey Candace you used to smoke right?, I'm trying to quit, sincerely trying to quit, do you have any tips for me?" Feel free to ask people if you feel that you're comfortable enough doing that. If you go to church, I know that many churches do have support groups as well for a variety of different things, it's not necessarily a negative thing, maybe your thing is, "I want to meet more people, I want to be more sociable", well I'm not saying you need to go strangers to your local coffee shop or your grocery store, that will startle people, trust me, but you can go to someone in your church and say "listen how do I become more active" there are a lot of groups for singles, for married couples, for people who are new to the area for people who want to get out and do more, people who are all of the sudden interested in photography, who are interested in hiking, who want to get out and learn more, do more be more."
