"Hi, I'm Cat Tiffin with Expert Village and today I going to walk you through how to make a New Year's Resolution and how to stick to it. Here with a calendar you can them any where. I'm not going to lye I got this at a local drug store that should not be named. Cost me $2.00 like $2.14 after tax and it's great. Horses, pretty nice. I have different markers here. Go out spend a couple of bucks. What you want to do, what I would do, is you've got your days, section off into month?s section off into weeks. Say by the 31'st you want to be down to 15 smokes. So everyday that you meet your goals you get to a little star here for no smoking. Let's say you didn't make your goal, unhappy, unhappy, little icons stars, question marks and asterisk and whatever is going to make it easier for you. In obvious set with different goals you?re working towards your going to want to do different things. Like a asterisk for working out. I worked out tonight, smoked a lot but I worked out. Same thing say here you didn't get to work out it was a bad day you were sick, unhappy, unhappy. But, you?re back and you doing well. Let's say there are days like on Thursday where you actually get up in the morning and run and when you come back you actually go work out at your gym on the ultimate machine for a little bit. Then you could actually do this. That doesn't give you to smoke more that just helps. Let's say cleaning, Tuesday you did it, Wednesday you had stuff done around the house Thursday as well. Let's say Friday you went out with friends we are going to put a slash there (a hyphen). That's not bad you just didn't clean anything that day. That's ok. Lets say Saturday you got back on track."
