"Hi, I'm Cat Tiffin with Expert Village and today I'm going to walk you thru to how to make a New Years resolution and stick to it. Quit drinking list, well that's an easy one, if five years will do it take it down to three, just moderation will be the key here, don't stop drinking all together but know your limits, know your friends you can go out with your friends and you realize they don't need to have five or six beers to have a good time don't. Match what your friends are doing, hopefully you have really good friends, (we are going to mark this off, mark that off). To look better, well, we will say feel better, by the way lists are great, and it?s going to help you out a lot when you are trying to accomplish these goals. To look better, well obviously smoking and drinking a little bit less, maybe use a little bit more time to work out nothing big. Lets say you want to work up to a marathon in a year I don't think that's an unrealistic goal, what you are going to have to do if you're not a runner is walk, set some time in your day to walk, walk a few miles. It's funny if you don't realize how much you walk a day get a pedometer you'll find out, when you're done with the walking and you want to work up to jogging and you want to work up to running, it's all about steps, something to do, if that's not your thing and you want to work out with an elliptical machine find the closest gym, maybe your apartment complex has one, don't be embarrassed on how you look think about on how you want to look. Everybody else in the gym is there for the same reason you are most times, they want to look better, they want to feel better, they don't care what you look like, and they care what they're going to look like, so try to take that mentality in with you"
