Another no budget item would be to write a love poem. Now what guy wouldn't love a poem straight from your heart. Since you are on the no budget, you can make it very creative. You can choose a pretty paper or even if you're a really silly, you can just write it onto a construction paper with marker and he'll love it just the same. The way to display your love poem would be up to you. You can put it in a picture frame, you can put it in a scrapbook that you already have or you can even place it under a magnet on the refrigerator. If you have talent of singing, you can even sing the poem for him and he would probably love that even more. If one day you are not feeling very creative, you can always copy a poem out of a poem book or online you can find them anywhere."
