"Hi I’m Manny Castro, exercise physiologist. When you complete that, what you can do is cross your fingers, palms facing forward and straighten out your arms. What you will do is extend the shoulders forward and you feel a stretch in the upper back and you will hold that 15, 20 to 30 seconds and release it and actually squeeze the shoulder blades together and hold that about 20 to 30 seconds and repeat. Now each one of these you want to repeat about 3 times. Now you can do the same overhead, you want to squeeze up and then squeeze the shoulder blades down. Pull the shoulder blades up, extend the arms, extend the elbows, just like that. "
