"Hi I’m Manny Castro, exercise physiologist. What you will do is again sitting on the edge of the chair, cross your fingers and hold the front of your knee, bring the front of the knee up to your chest. Pull it while keeping a nice erect posture and then you will switch legs and pull your knee up to your chest. Now a back exercise that you can use is actually using the seat or the arm of the chair as you can pull yourself across and face backwards as you are pulling. Now you are going to feel a stretch all the way from the upper back. In this case, the right side of the back to the lower left side of the back. You want to hold that for about 15 to 20 seconds or 20 to 30 seconds and do the opposite side."
