"Hi I’m Manny Castro, exercise physiologist. This next exercise is called the lateral raise and it is for the side of the shoulders here. Basically what I want to do is once again, I am using same tubing as the previous exercise. I’m hooking on the hand attachments and I am using the greater resistance tube with longer length and what I will do is once again with 2 feet or with 1 foot, I will step on the tubing and start with my hands out to the side using one arm at a time. I’ll bring it out to the side, palms are facing down and again you will do about 3 sets and about 15 repetitions. Remember the nice thing about tubing is that you can use different lengths by shortening the length by stepping on the tubing. "
