"Hi, my name is Gary Godwin and I'm the General Manager for Hawley's Camping Center in Wilmington, North Carolina. On behalf of Expert Village, this is a tape entitled: How to Purchase an RV. Now that we've agreed on the price, we've agreed on the camper, we've agreed on where you're going camping, there's a process that we have to go through called finalization of paperwork. Very simple, what's going to happen there is that; let's say we agree today that you're going to pick up your camper tomorrow at 2:00 in the afternoon. We're going to make it ready for you, make sure everything is good to go so that you can go camping from here. But, when you come in, you're going to sit down with our Business Manager, and he's going to go over the paperwork to make sure all the names are signed right, we've got documentation from the states that you have to do for the title and the liens, you've got paperwork with the banks as far as their finance charges, what the term is, what the rate is, what the amount of the payment is, and you've got paperwork that you need to do with the manufacturer like making sure your warranty is registered, but don't worry about all of that. Our Business Manager is going to have everything laid out for you so that when you come in and sit down, and go from point A to point Z, that when you leave his or her office, everything is going to be done, and done the proper way. So that there's no issues after the sale. We try to make it simple for you. Again, reputation, reputable dealer, reputable business manager."
