"Hello, my name is Frank Torres and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment is where to start looking when you are booking your perfect cruise vacation. There is plenty of places to start looking when you are booking your perfect cruise vacation. Most important source is online. You have got Orbitz, Hot Wire, Priceline, Cruises all the way. Places like those that are specialized in selling cruise vacations, they have very easy to use websites and great customer service. Let's have a look at one of them right here. Here we got Orbitz, they got your specials laid out right there, easy to use. They have a live customer service which we will go into later and they are generally easy to use. Another type of website to go shopping at are the bidding sites. For this example we will use Cruise Compete. These are bidding sites where agencies all over the world bid for your service and you could find some really great deals here. They are typically more for shabby cruiser, but after you get to know your cruise lines and you will get to know the peak and off peak signs are and the short cost to you now, cutting your prices this is also a great way to go. A lot of these agencies are also very catered towards customer service and it is all about getting the best deals and these are two ways to do it. Then there are the personal travel agents. When you are working with a personal travel agent, make sure that they are specialized with the cruises. I have seen a lot of travel agents that are jacks of all trades, but they don't have the knowledge in the cruise field that a specialist like the places that I have mentioned before have and a lot of times they will just pick up the phone and call to the places that I have mentioned before. If there is concerns with your tickets or if you have questions, they might not be able to help you as well as the other places. So make sure when you are booking a cruise, you are booking it through an organization that has a department full of cruise specialists. This will save you a lot of headaches in the future and make sure that everything goes smoothly in the future."
