"Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip we will be measuring and cutting our shelf paper. Now, since our shelf paper is not wide enough to cover our entire shelf we're going to have to do two runs. If we make our seams go this way then we're going to have a big long seam down the center and you're going to see it from the front edge, so that's not going to look very good. So what we're going to do instead is we're going to turn it sideways so our seam is located towards the back and most likely you'll have towels or something else on this so you won't see that seam. I'm going to start by moving my paper past the front edge of my shelf a couple inches and this is so I can wrap it around the bottom side of the shelf so the front edge looks nice and crisp. I'm going to also overlap the side of my shelf by just a couple inches so again I can wrap it around the bottom side. Lastly I'm going to roll out my paper beyond my other side and I'm going to go ahead and cut that off just a couple inches beyond that side."
