on 8/2/2008 Nice clip, for those not familiar with any electrical projects, alwas remember to turn off the power to any light or outlet fixture you are working on. (that is why it is dark in that room) Other than that good video.

"Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip we will be removing our old light fixture. On our old light fixture we're going to start by removing the nut in the center of the plate. Once that has been removed our plate should pop off of the wall and give us access to the wires behind it. After I've pulled my wires out I can go ahead and remove my mounting bracket. After that you can disconnect your wire nuts and remove your fixture from the ceiling."
