Under the Leg Ring Juggling Trick

"Hi! My name is Adria. I am one of the professional jugglers here at Expert Village.com. We are learning rings. Now with all of these ring tricks that I am doing or patterns, some of them are identical to the ball patterns that you were taught earlier either by myself or by Stephen Bent here at Expert Village. Please refer back to those because once you learn how to do it with the balls, it should be possible to do it with rings. For instance; under the legs with balls. Remember the ball that you throw just before the one that goes under the leg is a little higher to give you time to reach under and throw that ball. Well, it’s the same with rings. We are going to take our three rings, we are going to throw one a little higher and throw one under the leg. That little bit of higher ring allows us the time to stick our hand up and to lift our leg a little and stick our hand under it with the ring without dropping. Isn't that exciting? Here we go. Now whatever we can do with our right leg theoretically, we should be able to do with our left leg as well. Look at that and it worked beautifully. Again, under the leg with the right, under the leg with the left."
