Arm Spinning Ring Juggling Trick

We have already learned how to spin rings to get it on our fingers to make a pretty little flower. But now we are going to take those same rings and we are going to learn how to spin them on our arm, to do something interesting. This is what happens when you spin rings together on your arm at the same time. It is pretty boring. We are going to learn to spin rings on one arm, simultaneously in opposite directions. We are going to just use their natural centrifugal force to keep this going. Once you get a ring spinning all you have to do is move your arm up and down like that and it should be possible. Just start a ring in the other direction, did you see that? We have two rings going opposite direction same time merely moving the arm up and down by utilizing their natural centrifugal force. Now keep in mind I have been doing this for years, so do not be discouraged the first time you do not get it and do not be discouraged when they crash and yes sometimes you will get hurt because these are rings. Given plenty of time and patience you can get the two rings spinning in opposite directions on one arm at the same time. Again the way to get them started, you get one ring spinning just moving your arm up and down and then start the second ring in the opposite direction and just move your arm up and down. If you move in a circular motion, you are going to stop one of the ring,. If you move it in the other circular motion you are stopping the other ring but just up and down."
