Full Shower Ring Juggling Tricks

"Hi! My name is Adria and I am one of the professional jugglers here at Expert Village.com. Right now we are learning to do patterns with rings and we are going to learn a Full Shower. I am going to pick up my balls and remind you what a Full Shower looks like. First of all, that is the cascade; two balls in each hand at the same time and one ball in the air; a nice slow pattern. Here is a right-handed shower; two balls are in the air at the same time and one hand shuffles a ball to the other. It is a very fast moving pattern and it is very hard to do. Now with rings it is doubly difficult. Not only do we want to try do that same pattern with two rings in the air and one being shuffled between hands. Also we have to keep in mind, we have to do exaggerated motions because they are bigger than balls and we also have to over-spin, so it is all these activities happening at the same time. We are leading with the right hand. I am starting again with my hold. With two rings being held separated from each other for about one fingers distance on my fingers so I can throw first one and then the other. It should look like this. That is simply put, a right-handed shower. Again, two rings in the air at the same time in a circle. Now we are going to try to do the same thing with the left hand.
