4 Ring Fountain Ring Juggling Trick

"Hi! My name is Adria. I am one of the professional jugglers with Expert Village.com. We are going to learn the basics of juggling four rings at the same time. “Oh heavens!” you say. Oh heavens! is right. Now if you remember with three rings, we are throwing them up the mid line of our body, having them cross our body and catch them on the other side. Four rings is similar to four balls. We are throwing them up the mid line of our body, in a rotating circle outside and catching them on the outside, two rings in one hand. Now we want to be able to do that with the other hand, up the mid line of our body in a circle catching them coming down on the outside. Now we take two rings simultaneously in each hand up the middle in a rotating circle catching them on the outside. That is the basis for four rings at the same time. The pattern is called The Fountain. It is one of the most basic patterns in four any prop juggling. This is called an in-sync Fountain because we are throwing both hands at the same time. An out of sync fountain again keeping these two rings in this hand and these two rings in this hand by throwing them at separate times makes it out of sync an of sync fountain."
