"Hi! I'm Josiah Own with Expert Village. Now, we're going to make our first variation of coleslaw. You actually want to shred a small head of cabbage. You're going to add 2 big spoon fulls of mayonnaise. We've actually cut up some carrots and cut those so they're real small. We're going to add about half a cup of yellow onion and a 1/4 cup of diced green pepper. This we're actually going to add a 1/4 cup of brown sugar as well. About a 1/4 cup of vinegar. We're going to season with fresh ground pepper and some garlic salt. We're going to add a big heaping spoon full of horse radish sauce. This gives a nice little kick. It's quite refreshing actually. You just want to stir that up and let it sit over night. Once again, if you don't have time to let it sit over night, about 2 hours will work. It's great on hamburgers or even as a side dish itself. There is some may noise involved, so you don't really want this to sit out all day. Enjoy!"
