" Hi! My name is Adria. I am one of the professional jugglers here at expertvillage.com. We are learning diabolo tricks. We have already learned the Whip start, which is the simple way of getting the diabolo to move very, very fast because the longer it spins the longer our tricks can go. We are going to learn a simple trick. We are going to learn what is called the half suicide or the Chinese suicide. You start very simply by taking a right stick placing it against our left string and flipping the diabolo over to create a little cradle. This is also the same preliminary move that we used with cats cradle the easy way. I am going to do it sideways, hopefully the camera will be able to see the loop, right stick against the left string, flip the diabolo over, catch in the middle and there is a loop of string around the diabolo stick. Unlike cats cradle we are not going to do bunch of jumping around. For the half or Chinese suicide it is relatively simple. We have this cradle, we drop the stick and catch. That is the half suicide also known as a Chinese suicide, one more time, and you know what really helps? Once you have the diabolo like that point your left stick so that it is pointing directly at the diabolo. It moves much more smoother. So here we go. Right stick, left string, flip, point the stick, drop and catch. The half suicide also known as a Chinese suicide. "
