Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip Recipe

"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Thanks for joining us again. Now we're going to be making our strawberry cream cheese fruit dip. It goes great with fruit or just dipping in general. You're going take one package of 16 ounces of cream cheese. Actually, right now we're using 8 ounces, but you can use 16 ounces depending on the size of the party. You're also going to match that with 8 ounces of marshmallow cream, so you want equal parts. Scoop that in there. After you get all that in there, you're going to want to take the tops off the strawberries. Just go ahead and throw those away. Now you want to slice the strawberries going down. Actually, it doesn't really matter how you chop the strawberries. These just fit quite nicely. You just want to make them into small little chunks. You can also do this in a food processor if you'd like if you want to get really, really creamy. Right now we're just going to hand mix it. Take all the strawberries and just throw them in there with the cream cheese and the liquid marshmallows, and we're just going to mix it all up. You just keep mixing and mixing, and there you have our strawberry cream cheese fruit dip. "
