"Hi! My name is Adria; I’m a professional juggler here with expertvillage.com. I’m going to teach you a pattern called the shower. Its preliminary steps are based on the half shower as taught earlier. Just a quick overview. Here’s the half shower leading with the right…and here’s the half shower leading with the left…We’re going to concentrate with the half shower leading with the left, cause most of you are right handed—and I apologize to those of you who are lefties out there—this way you can watch me and do a mirror image of what I’m doing. So we’re going to start with the half shower leading with the left, and every single time the ball gets into my left hand, I’m throwing it over the top, but I’m also throwing up on the inside: that’s the half shower. Now the full shower is a very frightening thing, here we have the basic three ball cascade…we have one ball in each hand and one ball in the air at all times. With the shower we’re moving twice as fast; there’s going to be two balls in the air at all times and one ball being shared between two hands. Every single throw from the hand here is going to be thrown up on the outside like with the half shower, but we’re not going to have that little intermediary inside throw. We’re going to have something that looks something like this…two balls are in the air, one ball is being caught by the empty hand and immediately shuffled to the other hand, and every single throw is an over the hand throw. And for those of you who are lefties we’re going to do it with, you’re going to mirror image my right hand. Very again simply we have the cascade, we have a half shower leading with the right, now we’re going to pick up the speed, go twice as fast and every single throw out of the right hand is an over the top throw, and the left hand merely catches and shuffles into the right hand. Now keep in mind these are advanced tricks and advanced patterns, dropping is allowed when you drop it’ll go to the ground; it takes many hours of dropping to get the pattern perfect."
