"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to be doing another version of fruit bowl, but this time using cantaloupe What you want to do is you want a half a cantaloupe and you just want to scoop out all the seeds inside. Now we're going to, just like the watermelon, try to take out the cantaloupe while keeping it in tact so we can use it later. Then scooping out the rest of it so we can use this for the actual bowl. Cut around the edges then cut into it. You just want to scoop those off. Next, do the same thing with the honeydew, except we're not going to use this for the bowl. Although, you can if you want to. We're going to trim off the skin keeping as much of the fruit as we can. Then we're going to cut it in half and cut into one inch chunks. Now after this, we're going to go ahead and grab our watermelon. Take the top right off. If you've never done this before, it's really not that hard. Then you want to cut the bottom off so you can have a nice little base and trim off the outside skin trying to keep as much as the fruit as possible. After this we're going to cut into one inch chunks. Make sure when you slice down you want to cut out the center. We're not going to eat that. Just throw that to the side. We cut everything else about a good one inch size chunk. Now, we're going to take all the cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, and grapes and just put them in the bowl mixing it up. That way once you get to the bottom you'll still haev as much variety as you did on top. There you go, a fruit bowl out of a cantaloupe. Top it off with strawberries if you'd like and enjoy."
