"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to make an interesting recipe called buffalo shrimp kabobs. If you like buffalo chicken and you like shrimp, then you'll love this. You need hot sauce, shrimp, butter, salt, and some cayenne pepper. Of course, all this is to taste, so it's up to you. You're going to go ahead and pour the shrimp into the butter. Mix that around. I'm going to add some hot sauce. Like I said, this is just like buffalo chicken. A little salt to taste and some cayenne pepper. Depending on how how you like it will determine how much cayenne pepper you put on there. You just want to mix that up, cut it nice and evenly. We're going to go ahead and put it on our skewer. What you want to do is you want to take the shrimp and you want to put the kabob through the head of the shrimp going through the tail. It just curls right around it. Do the next one the exact same way. Have it facing the same way. It doesn't really matter which way you have them facing. Looking uniform is always a good thing. After all your shrimp are on there, you can go ahead and throw them on the grill. No need to cook them too long. About 2 minutes is just fine. While cooking, go ahead and add some more of this sauce and more the cayenne. Once again, it's up to you depending on how hot you like it or how hot your guests like it. There you go, buffalo shrimp kabobs."
