"Hi! My name is Adria and I’m one of the professional jugglers here at expertvillage.com. We’re working with knives, we’ve just learned how to throw a knife under the leg, we’ve just learned how to throw one knife under sequential legs in I brought my knees up to make it easier to throw the same knife under different legs. What I’m going to do now is that every single throw out of my right hand is going to go under a leg, now this time you’re going to notice there won’t be nearly as much bent knee action the legs are going to go up higher. I may have some motion that every single throw out of my right hand as you can see is going under a sequential leg, I’m going to start from a cascade, the way of doing this the reason why I keep my legs out straight is because it’s just the natural body motion for one body part to make another body part and as it’s easier for the right hand to go under the left leg when the knee is straight cause if I bend my knee I’m not getting that knife under there, so the right knee stays straight, the left knee stays straight the knife goes under. It’s fast pace, it’s a more advance pattern, it’s a more dangerous pattern, so here we go….and we’re going to do that one more time cause I can do it without dropping here we go….and there you have it."
