Shrimp Cocktail Recipe

"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to go over making shrimp cocktail, another good side dish. After you have boiling water, you want to go ahead and throw the shrimp in there. You're going to stir it around, and after that you want to turn it off the heat and let it sit for about 1-3 minutes. Then when it's done, you want to immediately throw in some cold water to stop cooking. You see it's curled up; it's nice and pink. Now we're going to go ahead and put in our shrimp dip sauce.
