"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to go over making shrimp cocktail, another good side dish. After you have boiling water, you want to go ahead and throw the shrimp in there. You're going to stir it around, and after that you want to turn it off the heat and let it sit for about 1-3 minutes. Then when it's done, you want to immediately throw in some cold water to stop cooking. You see it's curled up; it's nice and pink. Now we're going to go ahead and put in our shrimp dip sauce. Check out other video series on how to make this. If not, you can go buy cocktail sauce. It's your decision. It shows on how creative you want to be in the kitchen. You should want to start putting them the bowls edge. One after the other, and you just want to go ahead and turn the bowl as you're doing it. Make sure the tails are all going the same way, twist the same way. There you have it, shrimp cocktail. "
