"Hi! My name is Adria and I’m one of the professional jugglers here at expertvillage.com. I’m going to teach you how to throw a knife under the leg, I want to refer you back to Steven Bent’s video throwing a club under the leg or throwing a ball under the leg because that’s how you learn to throw under the leg, with a knife it’s the exactly same thing we’re throwing under the leg, it’s very simple. We’re going to be throwing on the same side of that hand, so for the right hand we’re throwing under the right leg, for the left hand we’ll be throwing under the left leg, when one is throwing knives or clubs under the leg the throw just before the throw under the leg is unusually high to give you enough time to get the leg up and to make the throw. Again you’ll notice the difference in the heights of the throws, see that the one just before the under the leg throw is high higher than the under the leg throw, so here we go we’re going to go from a three knife cascade to a throw under the leg, that’s the high throw and now it’s the throwing of the leg. Again high throw and a throw under the leg, now we’ll do the left side….again the high throw with the throw under the leg and that is under the leg. "
