on 9/13/2008 Why are you moving that much when you do the shower? This way you cant continue that long unless you want to turn a lot of circles.

"Hi! My name is Adria and I’m one of the professional jugglers with expertvillage.com and I’m going to teach you how to do a full shower with knives. Now if you remember with our other props a full shower meant that all three were going in a circle, oh my goodness they move twice as fast with a cascade, two objects are in the air at the same time, there’s just one little thing I neglected to show you. When I was teaching you over the top I was just throwing the one over the top gently like that but there’s another way of throwing it over the top too with a single spin like that. That means that there are two ways of doing a full shower, now I’m actually going to be turning while I’m doing a shower, two knives in the air at the same time and that’s one way of just throwing the knife up and catching it with the other hand, again two knives in the air, full shower, straight throwing like that. The other way is having flipping them over the side like this, so that’s two different ways of doing a full shower, four if you count doing them with your left hand, again flipping them from the outside, four ways of doing a full shower with knives."
