"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to make pepperoni and cream cheese pinwheels. Take some cream cheese and add a little bit of basil, garlic, salt, and pepper to it. Mix that up and you just want to spread that on your pinwheel. You want to sprinkle it with some cheddar cheese. Get it all on there. Add some rows of pepperoni. You can also use salami or ham, any kind of cheese you want with this. Right now, we're just doing pepperoni and cheese. It's a great little dish for cookouts to pick up and go. Possibly add a toothpick in there so you don't need a plate. Finger food. Now, if you pepperonis laid on there, slowly fold one over and start rolling. Go real slow so the pepperonis don't come out. Make sure you leave some room at the end. Now the cream cheese will stick to the wrap and make a nice little hold. Now, actually what you want to do now is put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and let it harden. Cut it into half-inch pieces, and there you have it. Pepperoni and cheese pinwheels"
