"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. After the chips and cheese have melted all together, you just want to pick these up in big hunks and keep the cheese intact. A little bit runny, but hopefully it would have cooled down by now. You just want to lay all those chips on there. Once you've done that you also want to go ahead and get the pieces of cheese that have stuck to the tray. Like I said, it shouldn't be that hot right now. If it is just let it cool a little bit longer. Now after we've plated the chips and cheese, add the green peppers. Add you onions. Sprinkle all around there. Add our tomatoes. Notice these chunks aren't as big as we what we made for the salsa. Then we're going to add our refried bean dip. Check out our other video for that. It's nice and thick. Just put it right in the middle and flatten it down. After that you want to go ahead and sprinkle the chicken all over. Sprinkle the top chicken. Like I said, you can also add hamburger or pork sausage, or substitute any of those you want to. Completely up to you. Once we have all that chicken on there, go ahead and take sour cream. Put a big dollop in the middle. You can never have too much sour cream. It's nice and cool and refreshing. All those ingredients go together. Now, you want to add your jalapenos to this. You can also add some black beans if you wish. Completely up to you. In this little compartment there we can add our homemade salsa. And there you go, what we call a whole mess of nachos."
