Chicken Quesadilla Recipe

"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Now we're going to make chicken and cheese quesadillas. It's a great little side dish for any barbecue. Start off by grilling some chicken and the shredding it. You want to add some taco mix to it. Blend it up some more. Now you want to take a tortilla and flatten it out. You want to put a handful of chicken on there. Make sure you only put it on half because you're going to be folding the wraps. Put enough on there to cover it. You want to add some cheese. You can use cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack. It's all up to you. It depends on what kind of flavor you want from it. Now you just want to fold it over and see it nicely. You see all the food is right there in the one pack. Give it about half an inch from the edge from where the food is going to hit. That way when you pick it up and put it down the food won't fall out. Try it again. You can actually almost see where crease was. Put the rest of the chicken in there. Add your cheese. Make sure to mix it up that way all the chicken and cheese melts together. If not, you may get almost like a sandwich and it may not stick together when you cook it."
