"Hi! I'm Josiah Owen with Expert Village. Alright, today we're going to start off by making macaroni and cheese. You need about 5 slices of French bread, a half a cup of flour, a pinch of pepper, 2 cups of freshly grated Romano cheese, 4 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, 8 tablespoons of butter, and 5 1/2 cups of milk. Start off by boiling water and adding 1 pound of macaroni. You're going to cook it about 2-3 minutes. The box says something different, but you're going to have to cook it where it's tender on the outside and uncooked in the middle. We're going to bake it so it'll take longer to cook. You don't want your pasta overdone. You want to add a pinch of salt to your pasta for some flavor. Now you're going to take 2 tablespoons of the unsalted butter into a sauce pan. You're going to cube the bread and add some garlic. Add enough garlic to taste depending on what you like. This is going to for a topping, so no need to over garlic it. You're going to add the bread crumbs and mix them around."
