" On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about vitamins, minerals and nutritional and dietary supplements. Let’s talk about minerals. It’s also a very important part of our diet which should be taken on a daily basis. Remember we may not get all the nutrients and the vitamins that we get in the daily foods that we have, so therefore it’s important that we take minerals to help and to cure diseases. And this is also great because it enhances our everyday living. Minerals also help prevent certain diseases, which can be prevented because we already built up our immune system. Minerals are found in fruits and vegetables, and even protein meats and chicken or fish that we may eat everyday. For those of us who may not eat certain types of meat, it’s also important that we minerals in our daily diet."
