" On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about vitamins, minerals and nutritional and dietary supplements. Okay let’s talk about fiber in our diet—that’s so important. Certain products that we take on a daily basis, which should include our minerals, our vitamins, our magnesium, will come from vegetables and fruits, but not all the time that we’re able to eat the right portions or would have to have like a large amount of one particular vegetable or fruit to be able to get the number or the amount of nutrients that we need. So therefore we need to take a multivitamin which contains antioxidants, the minerals, the nutrients and the vitamins that we need for our daily lives, and the right dosage of course. "
