" On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’ll be talking about vitamins, minerals and nutritional and dietary supplements. Let’s talk about our circulation and the vitamin that we need to take everyday. Omega 3 or fish oil, fatty acids are also important because this helps with our circulation, it helps with our blood flow, enhances oxygen to the body to the different parts of the body. This is important in our diet, so once again we need to see and make sure that we’re getting the right amount on a daily basis. Circulation helps our thinking, how we move, how we live our daily lives. It’s also important like for information which we get, like if you have arthritis or any of those illnesses which we have no control over, this will help to a certain extent. Once again we need to take this on a daily basis, your Omega 3 or your fatty acids and your fish oil."
