" On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’re going to be talking about detoxing the body. Let’s continue now on the subject of water. It’s important that we drink a lot of water. However, many people do not like the taste of water - not that it has a taste, but the industry has now provided us with different flavors of water, which makes it easy for people to consume the 8 glasses of water which they need to have on a daily basis. We have vitamin C water; we have fruit flavored water, which helps quiet a bit to you know to have the required dosage that you need on a daily basis. Also for people who don’t like the taste of water, it’s good to put like a little lemon juice in there, which also helps to detox the body as well."
