Video Transcript

" On behalf of expertvillage.com, my name is Angie Yarid from LA Wax and Skincare Center in Miami, Florida, and today we’re going to be talking about detoxing the body. Let’s talk about another way to detox our body. One of the most important functions in our lives is to have liquids, and the most important liquid that we have on this earth is water. Water helps to flush our system. Water also helps us to hydrate our body, which we detox by sweating, and this helps to keep our pores clean. It also helps with our bodily functions and makes everything work right, helps our immune system. A clean system helps us to stay healthy, which is very important, and also to digest our foods and all the vitamins and nutrients that we put in our body."
